We will gladly exchange any purchase (in saleable condition) or offer an in store credit of equal value if the item is not suitable or a duplicate. We will gladly exchange, repair or credit any defective product (based on individual assessment of each occurrence).
We do not give cash refunds including credit card transactions, only exchange or store credit. There are no returns on discounted or discontinued product. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return.
